Your appointments here at Honey Salon are very important to us. We hold your appointment just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24-hour notice. Appointments cannot be canceled in vagaro our online booking system if its with in the 24 hour window. You will need to  text your stylist or email us at info@honeysalonsacto.com.  This way, your stylist can adjust their schedule accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you. However, if last minute cancellations, “no shows” or late arrivals become a habit you will be asked to prepay for future appointments and will be charged a cancellation fee at the discretion of each stylist.

LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Services that cannot be accommodated due to a late arrival will also be subject to the charges below.​

NO SHOWS, Late arrivals and all appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will result in charges as followed:

*1 Hour appointments -$25 charge 

*2+ Hour appointments - $75+ charge
