Cancellation Policy

Your appointments here at Honey Salon are very important to us. We hold your appointment just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, your stylist can adjust their schedule accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you. However, if last minute cancellations, “no shows” or late arrivals become a habit you will be asked to leave a credit card on file to secure future appointments and will be charged a cancellation fee at the discretion of each stylist.


-LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Services that cannot be accommodated due to a late arrival will also be subject to the charges below.

  • NO SHOWS, Late arrivals and all appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will result in charges as followed:

  • 1 Hour appointments -$30 charge 

  • 2+ Hour appointments - $75+ charge  

Covid 19 Salon Guidelines 

  • Stylists, employees and guests will not be permitted on the premises if they have COVID-19 symptoms

  • We ask that if you feel sick or have been exposed to anyone ill you please  stay  home and reschedule your appointment.

  • Guests will be served by appointment only 

  • When you arrive for your appointment please wait in your car and text your stylist you are here

  • Guest will be expected to wash their hands or use sanitizer upon entering the salon and complete a brief Covid-19 liability wavier.

  • The number of guests on premises will be limited as we will be not be seeing more than 1 guest at time.

  • Social distancing will be practiced as much as possible

  • No additional guests are allowed to accompany you to your appointment including spouses, kids and babies. 

  • No persons will be allowed to sit in the waiting area. Beverages, treats and magazines will be discontinued until further notice. Guests are encouraged to bring their own beverage in a closed container. 

  • Stylists and guests will be required to wear protective face masks

  • We ask that you bring your own mask preferably one that secures behind the ears. Be aware that your mask may get stained if you are receiving color services . If you arrive without your own mask we will have a mask to purchase for $1.50

  • All equipment used by a service provider will be sanitized between guests 

  • Clean/sanitized capes and smocks for each guest
